Wellness Circles
A safe, culturally grounded space for emotional wellness, connection, and growth.
Our Wellness Circles are at the heart of Tomaro’s C.H.A.N.G.E. They are warm, supportive spaces where youth and families can learn emotional skills, practice mindfulness, build confidence, and strengthen relationships. Each circle is guided by the Future Rooted Transformation Counseling™ (FRTC) framework and designed to help participants become rooted, grow, transform, and confidently claim their future.

We offer circles for individual youth (ages 5–17) and families.
