SHADES OF COMEDY!
Join us for an evening of fun, compassion, and community at Tomaro’s C.H.A.N.G.E. as we unite to make a difference in our communities!
Throughout the challenges of the pandemic, our commitment to aiding our communities has grown stronger. Last year, we assisted over 200 youths and families, offering vital trauma-informed mental health services through our YES Program, catering especially to those without adequate insurance coverage.
The Shades of Comedy fundraising event aims to bolster our YES Program. Your attendance and donations will directly aid our mission and empower our efforts to provide comprehensive healing avenues like therapy, mindfulness, fitness, and mentorship to those who are uninsured and underinsured.
There is an incredible lineup featuring the hilarious Belynda Cleare from Nova Scotia, the seasoned comedic talent of Jream (Don Hines), and Madinah, a young, Muslim, Black woman with vitiligo, bringing her unique perspective to the stage.
Additionally, we're taking this opportunity to honor one of our strongest advocates, Larry Lambert. As a lifelong resident and a pillar of community leadership in our 7th District (Claymont), Larry Lambert's unwavering support deserves our heartfelt recognition. Come together with us for an evening of comedy, celebration, and appreciation for those driving positive change in our community.
So, mark your calendars and come dressed in your stylish shades of black! Expect an evening of laughter, a DJ, an hour of open bar, hor D’ oeuvres, raffles, and more.
We eagerly anticipate your participation in this meaningful event! See you there!
