Her skills include internal strength building, parent/child relationship building, self-esteem/self-worth/self-care & assertiveness for youth, and more.
Ms. Andrea David, MS, LPMHC, NCC
Ms. David has over 25 years of experience working with diverse populations. She has her own practice where she provides services focused on issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, and relationship conflict. Utilizing her expertise, Ms. David helps TC’s Team grow and fulfill its mission and vision while building stronger families and communities.
Mrs. Irene Clark, LCSW ~ Therapist
Mrs. Clark has been passionate about assisting youth for over 10 years. She has over six years in the Mental Health field working with youth, couples, and families. Mrs. Clark takes pride in servicing her clients through a holistic perspective and integrative approach which allows her to help clients reach their goals in a healthy manner.
Dr. Moriel McDuffy, LMSW, PhD
Dr. McDuffy has 25 years of experience working with youth and families. He works with various populations using clinical skills to empower underserved populations. Dr. McDuffy’s specializes in treating youth with behavior issues focused on stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, inappropriate sexual behaviors, and more.
Rev. Enoh Francis, M.Div., PMCFT, D.Min.
Mrs. Francis is a dedicated therapist with over 20 years’ experience providing pastoral, spiritual and mental health counseling to individuals, families, couples, and groups. She assists individuals in building self-esteem, manage symptoms of anxiety or depression, and build resilience as the individuals and family’s journey to wholeness.
Ms. Michele Shane, LPC Intern
Ms. Shane is a graduate student pursuing her license as a professional counselor. She has experience advocating for students with special needs and their families, recognizing the power of therapeutic relationships. Through a person-centered approach, Ms. Shane helps empower her clients as they work to reach their goals.
Ms. Raevyn Rogers, BSc(Psych), ABA, RBT
Ms. Rogers has been a Team Member since 2009. She has played the role of Office Assistant, Mentor, & Volunteer for over 12 years. For over seven years, Ms. Rogers has also worked with individuals as young as two years old with Autism. Aside from her work with TC, Ms. Rogers enjoys her work as an Applied Behavioral Analyst.

From TC’s inception, Mr. Pilgrim has played a major role in the growth of the organization. He manages the marketing used to position TC visually on the net and within the community. With his passion for fashion and philanthropy, Mr. Pilgrim also uses his male apparel brand as a fundraising tool to assist us in our fulfilling our mission.

Mr. Rogers has over five years of experience in body image and sculpting. He is an experienced fitness consultant and an individual and group trainer. Assisting with weight loss, body building, or simple health goals, Mr. Rogers provides affordable, quality services to those seeking healing through mental and physical wellness.

Mr. Parker’s diverse career path has given him a broader range of work and people experience that, today, encourages his volunteer work with TC. Mr. Parker assists with creating greater awareness around TC’s services through social media messaging. He also volunteers his time, sharing mindfulness meditation practices.

Echo is the youngest addition to the TC Team. Due to Mr. Rogers’ love for community and helping others, he enrolled Echo into training classes with hopes that she would play a role in encouraging TC’s clients as they work to reach their goals. Echo is a beautiful, intelligent, loving creature and we are so excited to have her!
