Her skills include internal strength building, parent/child relationship building, self-esteem/self-worth/self-care & assertiveness for youth, and more.


Mr. Osrick Pilgrim

As co-founder, Mr. Pilgrim has been a major player in the success of TC's mission since its inception. Mr. Pilgrim has played a key role in the growth of the organization and continues to do advertising and marketing. He manages the marketing used to position TC visually on the net and within the community. With his passion for fashion and philanthropy, Mr. Pilgrim also uses his male apparel brand as a fundraising tool to assist us in our fulfilling our mission.


Ms. Raevyn Rogers, MS, ABA

Director of Finance & Applied Behavioral Analysis

Ms. Rogers has been a Team Member since 2009. She has played the major role in the growth of our organization. For over eight years, Ms. Rogers has also worked with individuals and their families, as young as two years old on the Autism spectrum. Aside from her work with TC, Ms. Rogers enjoys her work as an Applied Behavioral Analyst.

Mrs. Clark has been passionate about assisting youth for over 10 years. She has over six years in the Mental Health field working with youth, couples, and families. Mrs. Clark takes pride in servicing her clients through a holistic perspective and integrative approach which allows her to help clients reach their goals in a healthy manner.

Mrs. Evans has over 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health. She has experience working with youth, women, families, and couples. Mrs. Evans specializes in women's issues, relationship conflict, and trauma. Her passion is to assist others in, "regaining their  happiness and helping them feel in control of their lives."

Dr. McDuffy has over 25 years of experience working with youth and families. He works with various populations using clinical skills to empower underserved populations. Dr. McDuffy’s specializes in treating youth with behavior issues focused on stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, inappropriate sexual behaviors, and more.

She assists individuals in building self-esteem, manage symptoms of anxiety or depression, and build resilience as the individuals and family’s journey to wholeness.

Art Therapist

Ms. Triolo implements humanistic and person-centered approaches with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings to create meaningful change. Ms. Triolo has spent the majority of her professional career working with incarcerated individuals fostering mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, and radical acceptance. Haley’s enthusiasm for the creative process encourages those who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, and other emotions impacting daily functioning into a lucrative space of insight, acceptance, and healing.


Ms. Massa Dopoh, BSc, LMSW

Ms. Dopoh has over 10 years of experience working with families, youths, seniors, re-entry population, and individuals of all background with intellectual disabilities, mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorders. Her person-centered approach to services and values in everyday lives have helped all of her clients to achieve their goals, become independent and self-sufficient. Her goal is to assist clients in overcoming and managing life’s challenges in a welcoming and confidential environment.

Mr. Matthew Bursler, MA, ABA


Utilizing his education in Psychology and Behavioral Analysis, Matthew builds lasting relationships with his clients through individualized treatment programs. Matthew has experience working with individuals with behavioral and developmental diagnoses. Through play therapy, educational assistance, community, life, and social skills building exercises, Matthew utilizes these and other evidence based practices to prepare his clients for independence.

Human connection is important to Ms. Shane. She believes that strengthening our support system often begins with our families, those we are born with and those we choose.​

Through a person-centered approach, she strives to help empower clients to tap into their full potential.​

Ms. Shane's clinical experience is with youth who have experienced trauma, and those with developmental challenges.  She has a strong background in play therapy and offers couples counseling using the Gottman method which helps strengthen relationships and manage conflict. Ms. Shane's practice is inclusive, and she welcomes LGBTQ+ clients.

Ms. Harrison is pursuing her licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families, and has a passion for helping mothers affected by postpartum depression. Through a person-centered and humanistic approach Ms. Harrison assists her clients with discovering their strengths, overcoming adversity, and achieving their goals.

Mr. Rogers has over six years of experience in body image and sculpting. He is an experienced fitness consultant, an individual and group trainer, and the Founder of Alnaar Athletics. Assisting with weight loss, body building, or simple health goals, Mr. Rogers provides affordable, quality services to those seeking healing through mental and physical wellness.


Jamie Bethea

Personal Trainer & Martial Arts Instructor

A Marine Corps veteran, Jamie utilizes his 12 years of military experience to execute martial arts competency in the form of teaching others the art of self-defense and interpersonal violence. During his classes, Jamie’s passion for teaching others the tie-ins of emotional vulnerability, team-work, self-compassion, and goal setting shine through with intellectual excellence and electric charisma. Certified personal trainer and martial arts instructor, Jamie is equipped to guide others through a complete Mixed Martial Arts program while simultaneously gaining meaningful insight into mental wellness.

Echo is the youngest addition to the TC Team. Due to Mr. Rogers’ love for community and helping others, he enrolled Echo into training classes with hopes that she would play a role in encouraging TC’s clients as they work to reach their goals. Echo is a beautiful, intelligent, loving creature and we are so excited to have her!
