As co-founder, Mr. Pilgrim has been a major player in the success of TC's mission since its inception. Mr. Pilgrim has played a key role in the growth of the organization and continues to do advertising and marketing. He manages the marketing used to position TC visually on the net and within the community. With his passion for fashion and philanthropy, Mr. Pilgrim also uses his male apparel brand as a fundraising tool to assist us in our fulfilling our mission.
Mrs. Raevyn Osborne, MS, ABA

Mrs. Osborne has been a Team Member since 2009. She has played the major role in the growth of our organization. For over eight years, Mrs. Osborne has also worked with individuals and their families, as young as two years old on the Autism spectrum. Aside from her work with TC, Mrs. Osborne enjoys her work as an Applied Behavioral Analyst.

Mrs. Clark has been passionate about assisting youth for over 10 years. She has over six years in the Mental Health field working with youth, couples, and families. Mrs. Clark takes pride in servicing her clients through a holistic perspective and integrative approach which allows her to help clients reach their goals in a healthy manner.

Mrs. Evans has over 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health. She has experience working with youth, women, families, and couples. Mrs. Evans specializes in women's issues, relationship conflict, and trauma. Her passion is to assist others in, "regaining their happiness and helping them feel in control of their lives."

Dr. McDuffy has over 25 years of experience working with youth and families. He works with various populations using clinical skills to empower underserved populations. Dr. McDuffy’s specializes in treating youth with behavior issues focused on stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, inappropriate sexual behaviors, and more.

Mrs. Francis is a dedicated therapist with over 20 years’ experience providing pastoral, spiritual and mental health counseling to individuals, families, couples, and groups. She assists individuals in building self-esteem, manage symptoms of anxiety or depression, and build resilience as the individuals and family’s journey to wholeness.
Ms. Michele Shane, MA
Ms. Shane has a master's degree in clinical psychology and working toward her licensure. Human connection is important to Ms. Shane as she believes that strengthening our support system often begins with our families, those we are born with and those we choose.
Through a person-centered approach, she strives to help empower clients to tap into their full potential.
Ms. Shane's clinical experience is with youth who have experienced trauma, and those with developmental challenges. She has a strong background in play therapy and offers couples counseling using the Gottman method which helps strengthen relationships and manage conflict. Ms. Shane's practice is inclusive, and she welcomes LGBTQ+ clients.
Ms. Massa Dopoh, BSc, LMSW
Ms. Dopoh has over 10 years of experience working with families, youths, seniors, re-entry population, and individuals of all background with intellectual disabilities, mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorders. Her person-centered approach to services and values in everyday lives have helped all of her clients to achieve their goals, become independent and self-sufficient. Her goal is to assist clients in overcoming and managing life’s challenges in a welcoming and confidential environment.
Ms. Terri Bradley,

Ms. Bradley has over 25 years of experience working with families, youth, the female corrections population, and individuals of all backgrounds with mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorders. Ms. Bradley believes connection and a person-centered approach is the best way to service her individual clients. Her passion is in working with parents and their support systems using the whole child centered approach to help children have much success in their home, school, and community. Her goal is to empower clients in managing the difficult times in life through psyco-education, creating “tools for your toolbox” to build coping strategies, and mindfulness to overcome adversity.

Ms. Harrison is pursuing her licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families, and has a passion for helping mothers affected by postpartum depression. Through a person-centered and humanistic approach Ms. Harrison assists her clients with discovering their strengths, overcoming adversity, and achieving their goals.

Ms. Harrison is a graduate student who will be pursuing licensure as a professional counselor once she completes school. She has experience working with children and adolescents with mental health disorders. Through a humanistic approach, Ms. Harrison helps her clients to realize they can change their course and achieve their dreams.

Ms. Moure is a graduate student pursuing her licensure as a professional counselor. She has experience working in a neurobehavioral unit and experience in ABA. Ms. Moure's goal is to empower her clients through a collaborative and holistic strengths-based approach that will enhance their overall quality of life.
Ms. Azhar Waheed,
Ms. Waheed has a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy and is a licensed master’s Level Social worker. She believes with support everyone has the potential to overcome difficulties and adversities. She has over 14 years of experience working in adult partial hospitalization programs, outpatient mental health programs, and inpatient psychiatric hospital settings. Ms. Waheed received training from Dr. Marsha Linehan for the DBT initiative in Philadelphia. She works with clients who are experiencing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic illness, and self-esteem issues. Her work is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Ms. Waheed uses an eclectic approach to fit the unique needs of each client, providing a space where individuals can address their concerns and challenges openly without judgment.
Ms. Jones has a master’s degree in social work and pursuing license in social work. She is passionate about helping her clients build their communities and support systems.
Ms. Jones has experience working with survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. She also works in prevention guiding youth to live substance free.

Mr. Cofield has a B.S. in psychology, with a minor in marriage and family counseling. He is currently a graduate student pursuing his licensure as a professional mental health counselor. Mr. Cofield has several years of experience providing mental health support and counseling to children, families, and the elderly. As he continues to develop as a counselor, his goal is to equip individuals with the necessary tools needed to actualize healing or change. He looks forward to supporting his clients through developing self-awareness, maintaining important relationships, building self-esteem, and identifying personal coping skills.

Due to Mr. Rogers’ love for community and helping others, he enrolled Echo into training classes with hopes that she would play a role in encouraging TC’s clients as they work to reach their goals. Echo is a beautiful, intelligent, loving creature and we are so excited to have her!
