School & Agency Partnerships
Emotional wellness, social-emotional learning, and support for your school community.
Tomaro’s C.H.A.N.G.E. partners with schools, districts, organizations, and community agencies to support the emotional well-being of youth, families, and staff.
Our programs give students opportunities to practice coping skills, strengthen communication, build confidence, and develop positive connections. Guided by our Future-Rooted Transformation Counseling™ (FRTC) framework, we bring culture, relationships, and meaningful goals into the learning experience.
Partnerships are tailored to your community’s priorities, schedule, and available resources. We can offer nonclinical wellness and social-emotional learning (SEL) programming independently, with clinical services arranged separately when appropriate.

2. School-Based Clinical Support
Coordinated care for students who need clinical services.
Schools and agencies may explore individual or family therapy for students navigating concerns such as anxiety, grief, trauma, or family challenges.

Coordination with caregivers and designated school personnel takes place with appropriate authorization and attention to confidentiality.
