Youth & Family Wellness (non-therapeutic)

Emotional wellness, cultural identity, social-emotional learning, and community-based support.

Our non-therapeutic programs are designed to support youth and families through individual and family wellness sessions, wellness circles, identity-building activities, mindfulness, leadership development, and community engagement. These programs do not replace therapy; they offer structured emotional learning, peer connection, and culturally grounded experiences.

These circles help youth build emotional strength, regulate difficult feelings, develop communication skills, and feel supported by peers and caring adults.

Culturally centered groups that empower children and teens to understand who they are and build resilience and self-worth.

Add-On Individual Services

Our add-on services give youth and families the flexibility to receive individualized support whenever it’s needed. These sessions are offered separately from your membership, so you can access extra guidance without a monthly commitment.

Individual Youth Emotional Wellness Sessions (Non-Therapy):

A focused 45-60 minute session designed to help youth build emotional skills, confidence, and healthy coping strategies. Available at the member rate.

 

Individual Parent/Caregiver Empowerment Sessions (Non-Therapy):

Supportive 45-60 minute sessions that offer practical guidance, clarity, and tools for navigating family dynamics and daily challenges. Available at the member rate.

 

Therapy Sessions:

Clinical sessions are provided by professional, qualified therapists. Billed through insurance or offered at a discounted self-pay rate for members.

 

Family Wellness Sessions (Non-Therapy):

A 45-60 minute guided session focused on strengthening communication, routines, relationships, and overall connection within the family unit. Available at the member rate.

 

FRTC Transformation Check-Ins:

Short, intentional 15–20 minute virtual or in-person check-ins to help youth or families track progress, stay grounded, and revisit goals within the Future Rooted Transformation Counseling framework.

Clinical Therapy

Culturally grounded, trauma-informed therapy for youth and families.

​

Our therapeutic services are available to families who want or need deeper support. Therapy is delivered in a hybrid model, offered in community spaces, virtually, or in designated office locations when available.

 

Youth Therapy

For children and teens needing support with emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, stress, trauma responses, anxiety, or social-emotional difficulties.

 

Family Therapy

Strengthens communication, understanding, and relational harmony. Supports families navigating conflict, transitions, or emotional stress.

 

Parent Support Therapy

Guided, therapeutic support for caregivers managing complex emotional or family dynamics.

 

School-Based & Community-Based Therapy

Accessible care delivered where youth spend most of their time.

 

Specialized Support for Autistic Youth

Culturally responsive, individualized emotional and behavioral support for autistic children and teens and their families.

 

Payment Options

Insurance • Sliding scale for uninsured/underinsured • YES! Program for low-income youth up to age 17 (when funds are available)• Membership benefits.

 

Therapy is available, but not required to access our other programs. We encourage families to choose what feels best for them.

A to Z Cultural Wellness & Education Program

Where culture, learning, and emotional wellness come together.

The A to Z program blends cultural education, academic enrichment, social-emotional learning, creativity, movement, and mindfulness into a structured and supportive environment. It reflects the heart of your community-based values while supporting youth, socially, emotionally, and academically.
