Understanding Your Sessions
Individual Wellness Sessions
* A 45-minute nonclinical appointment focused on the enrolled child’s needs, strengths, and goals. Activities and conversations support emotional awareness, coping skills, communication, and confidence.
Family Wellness Sessions
* A 45-minute nonclinical appointment for one household to practice communication, strengthen understanding, and support emotional growth together.
* A Family Wellness Session uses one private appointment from your membership allowance.
Participating household members do not incur separate attendance charges for that appointment.
Youth Wellness Circles
*Facilitated, age-appropriate group meetings lasting up to 90 minutes.
* Children and teens practice emotional and social skills through shared activities, guided conversations, and peer connection.
* Each circle meeting attended counts as one group attendance.
Membership allowances apply to the enrolled child; additional children can participate through sibling add-ons.
Additional Child Support
* Add the services each child needs without purchasing another full membership.
* Families with an active wellness membership can add individual sessions and Youth Wellness Circle attendance for additional children.
Individual Session Add-Ons
* Each appointment lasts 45 minutes.
Youth Wellness Circle Add-Ons
* $20 per additional child, per circle attendance.
* Two circle attendances in a month cost $40 per additional child.
Monthly add-on
* One individual session + one circle attendance $70
* Two individual sessions + two circle attendances $135
* Four individual sessions + two circle attendances $220
For example, a Growth membership at $175, plus two individual sessions and two circle attendances for a sibling at $135, totals $310 per month.
Each additional child’s services and schedule are confirmed during enrollment.
Participate Without a Membership
Families may also pay for services individually:
* Individual Wellness Session: 45 minutes $115 per session
* Family Wellness Session: 45 minutes $115 per household session
* Youth Wellness Circle: up to 90 minutes $45 per child, per attendance
Community Family Circles
Our monthly Community Family Circles bring several households together for shared learning, activities, and connection.
These gatherings are separate from Youth Wellness Circles. Household admission details and any membership benefits will be announced with each gathering.
Financial Assistance
Limited sliding-scale options may be available for qualifying families. The YES! Program may provide assistance for eligible youth ages 5–17 when funding is available.

Services Enrolled Separately
Wellness memberships cover nonclinical support. Clinical assessment and mental health treatment are arranged and billed separately. Insurance may cover eligible clinical services, depending on your plan and provider.
A to Z Culture & Wellness
A to Z follows its own spring and summer enrollment schedule, with separate program fees. Its first season begins in spring 2027.
Scheduling & Getting Started
We serve New Castle County, Delaware, with virtual and in-person options. Locations and formats depend on the service.
Memberships include the specific monthly quantities listed above. The four-session plan includes four private appointments per month, rather than an appointment every calendar week.
Appointments and circle places must be scheduled in advance. Before enrollment, we’ll review availability, payment and renewal terms, cancellation policies, and how unused or additional sessions are handled.
