I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years, providing community-based, family-centered support services that help strengthen, encourage and guide individuals, youth, and families. My professional experience includes teaching parent education, basic life skills, motivation, stress/depression/anxiety, relationship issues, juvenile delinquency, grief (loss of a parent due to addiction, prison, divorce) and meditation.
