Tomaro's C.H.A.N.G.E. has a staff of qualified, caring individuals who work diligently to ensure that our clients receive the guidance and support they need to transition through their lives. Whether seeking counseling or charity services, clients will receive confidential, nonjudgmental, quality care. We offer private and group counseling sessions that encourage individuals and families. We assist clients seeking internal strength recognition/building; positive parent/child relationships; enlightenment & inner peace; and more.
Mrs. Tomaro Pilgrim, MSc, MShs, CAGS, HS-BCP ~ Founder, Therapist & Coach
For more than 15 years, Tomaro has provided counseling & support services that strengthens, encourages & guide youth and families. Because of her experiences as a child, and as a teen mom, she has a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
Tomaro assists youth & families in areas such as motivational skills building, stress/depression/anxiety management, self-harm/suicide ideation, self-image/self-esteem building, relationship building, & behavior management. Experiences include Behavioral Care Specialist – school & home settings with children five to 18 years old; Behavioral Care Specialist Supervisor – therapeutic residential center for teen girls 12 to 16 years old; and Counseling Manager – Claymont Community Center – school age children, adults, & families. Tomaro also spends time with her family volunteering services to teen moms residing in low income communities.
Tomaro’s Credentials: BA in Psychology; MS in Counseling; MS in Human Services; Certification – Board Certified Human Services Practitioner; Certification – Advanced Graduate Course Studies in Human Services; Youth Mental Health First Aid Certification; Meditation Certification; Ph.D. in Human Services, currently in dissertation stage.
Mrs. Roz Henley ~ Finance Manager
Roz has been an Advisor for TC since it's inception. She spent a few years in the Mental Health field working with youth which lead her into the field of Social Work. Roz worked as a Case Manager at a Women's Treatment Facility for approximately 10 years.
To add, Roz is as an Associate Prevention Specialist. She assists with substance abuse prevention programs & services. Some programs worth mentioning include, Prevention Education,, National RX Take Back Day, & Red Ribbon Week.
Prior to entering the field of Mental Health & Social Services, Roz held an 18 year position at AT&T as a Customer Service Manager.
Roz received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology & a Masters Degree in Organizational Management.
Mrs. Joanne Griebel, LSCW, M.Ed ~ Therapist & Clinical Supervisor
Working in the Mental Health field since 2007, Joanne is the newest Member of the CHANGE Team. Her passion & dedication for individuals & her community shows daily.
Joanne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who received her Bachelor of Science in Family and Community Services from the University of Delaware (2007) & her Master's degrees in Social Work and Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University (2011). Joanne has worked with high-risk populations in school, community, social service, and private practice settings. She works with children, adolescents, young adults, couples, & families. Her areas of special interest include depression, anxiety, family conflict, human sexuality, self-esteem, anger management, ADHD, adjustment issues, & more. Joanne is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their goals & overcome challenges.
Ms. Raevyn Rogers ~ Office Manager
Raevyn has been a CHANGE Team Member since TCs inception. She has played the role of Office Assistant, Mentor, & Volunteer for approximately nine years. She continues to work in many capacities as she participates in many of the groups & other services that we offer.
Raevyn has spent the past five years working with youth and adults who are intellectually disabled & who have Autism. Her previous position allowed her the opportunity to work with children as young as two years old, providing services that included Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) though Individual Healthcare Plans and Discrete Trial Training.
Raevyn has an Associates Degree in Psychology & is currently working on her Masters in Clinical Psychology.
Mr. Osrick Pilgrim ~ Co-Founder & Marketing Manager
Osrick is Co-Founder of Tomaro's CHANGE & has played a major role In the Organization's growth. Osrick is also the Founder & Designer for Osrick Ingredients Cricket, an online male apparel boutique.
An entrepreneur at heart, Osrick founded a number of successful businesses before finding his passion in fashion & philanthropy. For almost 10 years, Osrick has been the creative mind behind TC & his other brands, Osrick spear heads all of the marketing & advertising as he works to position TC visually both on the net & within the community. Osrick has & continues to brand TC's services, events, & other activities with hopes to galvanize continued interest in the organization's mission.
Mr. JiBron Rogers ~ NASM Certified Personal Trainer
JiBron has been a Member of Team CHANGE since he was 12 years of age. He has been very instrumental in some of the previous activities for youth. JiBron continues to utilize his time & talents to encourage & guide youth.
JiBron's work experience began at home assisting his parents in their family businesses. He is currently working as a Kick Boxing Instructor & is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. Too add, JiBron is the Founder of Alnaar Athletics. He spends a lot of time in the gym working to stay healthy but he also has a love for sharing his knowledge with others. It is for this reason that he has teamed up with TC & created a number of programs that help individuals and families reach their personal 'health' goals.
Aside from his NASM certification, JiBron is currently working toward a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing.
